    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Xdrop uses AutoDS to manage order fulfillment and coordinate shipping with our suppliers. AutoDS partners with a variety of reliable shipping carriers based on the supplier's location and the destination of your order. Shipping carriers may vary depending on the product and delivery location, ensuring that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Times:
    Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and the supplier's location. We use AutoDS with the "Fastest with Tracking" option to ensure the quickest available tracked shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • North America (USA & Canada): 7–15 business days
  • Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, local postal services, and unforeseen logistical issues. In some cases, orders may even arrive faster than expected.

If the supplier offers an alternative shipping method, AutoDS will still prioritize the fastest tracked shipping option available.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package. Please note that it may take a day before tracking information appears in the system. You can track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and entering your tracking number.
  • International Shipping:
    We deliver to most countries worldwide, including but not limited to Europe, the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. International shipping rates and delivery times vary. Please check the shipping options at checkout.
